Chance Gaul from Laguna Beach is one best groms out there... Surf, Skim, Skate you name it! He's part of the LBag crew and has huge potential, for 13 he's one of the best downhill skaters we've ever seen. We spent the day filming & slashing around on electrics. All I can say is this grom rips! and we'll post the footy tomorrow... it's awesome!

Altered presents ABEC 11 Day for the LBag Crew!

Chris Chaput & Altered invited the Laguna Beach Alpha Groms and friends down for tour of ABEC 11. They got to ride an array of skateboards including Altered Electrics and learned about wheels, bearings, trucks & more. Plus see how design prototypes are made using programs like SolidWorks, CNC machines, etc... The crew was super stoked and they left really GREEN!

Running for Office - On an ALTERED!

If you publish the Skateboarder's Journal website, have skateboarded across America 3 times, organized the World Slalom Skateboarding Championships 5 times & even published a book titled "The Skateboarder's Journal - Lives on Board"... How would you run for office?

Well, Jack Smith is currently running for city council in Morro Bay, California and he choose to travel about the city greeting folks using one of our boards! His campaign is receiving both local and national coverage due to the fact that he's a 53 year old, die hard, skateboarder and he's willing to campaign waay outside of box! Hey Jack, you got our vote!
